We load at the old address, drive the van and unload into the rooms you name at the new one. The day is planned around your completion date and the parking at each end.

Moving on completion day
Most house moves happen on completion day. Keys are released once the money reaches the seller's solicitor, which is often after lunch. We load in the morning and unload once you have the keys.
If completion moves to another day, tell us as soon as your solicitor tells you. [What happens if completion is delayed on the day: goods kept on the van overnight, or a charge to return. Confirm terms.]
Items that need planning
Pianos, range cookers, American-style fridge freezers, glass table tops and large mirrors. Send measurements and a photo of each, and the quote says how it will be moved.

How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have a likely completion date. If the date changes later, tell us as soon as you know.
What should I do with the fridge freezer?
Switch it off and defrost it the day before, and leave the door open so it is dry inside when it goes on the van.
Can you take old furniture to the tip?
No. We move your belongings between addresses and don't take rubbish or unwanted furniture away.
