What we collect
- The details you send through the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the postcodes you are moving from and to, the floors, parking and access, the size of the move, the date, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Basic technical data needed to serve the website and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, held by our hosting provider.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use the details to prepare your quote, reply to you and, if you book, arrange and carry out the move. The lawful basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, and then the contract itself.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not go ahead are deleted 12 months after our last reply. [How long records of booked moves are kept: confirm]
Who we share it with
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell personal details or share them for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them, through the form on our Get a quote page. If you are unhappy with our reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
