Office and business removals
Offices, shops, surgeries and workshops moved with each desk, cabinet and crate labelled for its place in the new building.
Stand-in photoPlanning the move
An office move goes to plan when everyone knows where their things are going before the first crate is packed.
Walk-round of both buildings
We look at what is moving, the stairs and lifts, and where the van can load at each end. [on site or by video: confirm]
A numbered floor plan
You mark each desk and room on a plan of the new office. Crates and furniture get the matching number.
Move day
The crew places each numbered item where the plan shows, so staff find their desk set up when they arrive.
What we move
- Desks and chairsTaken apart where needed and rebuilt at the numbered position.
- Filing and archive boxesCabinets moved with the drawers locked, or emptied into crates if they are too heavy to carry full.
- Computers and screensMoved once your IT supplier has disconnected them, ready for them to reconnect. [confirm IT scope]
- Stock and shop fittingsShelving, counters and boxed stock for shops and small warehouses.
- Meeting rooms and kitchensTables, fridges and the contents of the staff kitchen.
- CratesPlastic crates for staff to pack their own drawers. [crate hire: confirm]
Keeping the business open
Most businesses want to close for as short a time as possible. A move can be done in stages, one department or floor at a time, so the rest of the team keeps working.

Who packs the desks?
Staff pack their own drawers and personal items into crates. Files, shared cupboards and the rest can be packed by us if you add packing to the quote.
Do you move servers and phone systems?
We move the hardware once it is switched off and disconnected. Setting it up again is a job for your IT or phone supplier.
